Our goal is to catch old age problems before they become painful and possibly uncontrollable.  Once your pet reaches the age of 7 we recommend our Golden Age Physical. This is a comprehensive examination of your pet. Everything from blood work to dental health are evaluated and any abnormalities can be addressed early before they become a problem. We ask to check this once a year unless a problem develops.

Some of the more common problems we hope to catch early are: kidney degeneration, arthritis, thyroid problems, diabetes, heart disease, tumors, dental problems and liver disease.  If diagnosed early, we can often add years of comfort and quality of life with just some simple steps.
