Important Information For Our Clients
In accordance with recent CDC and State of Ohio guidelines, we plan to open for in-clinic visits on June 21, 2021. This will give our staff time to become vaccinated and give us the opportunity to evaluate our cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
Client and staff safety will continue to be our priority as we welcome you in person to care for your pet.
Fully VACCINATED individuals will not be required to wear a mask inside the building, however, we ask that UNVACCINATED people continue to wear a mask out of respect to our unvaccinated employees and clients.
We will continue to limit the capacity in the building to allow for social distancing. Therefore, the flow of appointments will be different than before and we ask for your patience as we do our best to accommodate everyone.
We will continue to have clients call in from their cars when they arrive for their appointment, as we have for the past year. We will allow one person per pet to come into the building for appointments. We ask that clients remain seated during the duration of their appointment to maintain social distancing.
Curbside service will still be offered for clients that prefer to remain outside of the building.
At this time, we ask that children remain outside the building. If you have to bring your children with you over the summer holidays, we will do your pet’s appointment curbside.
We strongly encourage clients to call in for medication and food orders so we can minimize traffic in our lobby.
We know the past year has been difficult for everyone, and that Covid has made coming to the Veterinarian, and other things, frustrating. We appreciate your business and ask for your patience as we continue to wade through this pandemic.
